Two forms of balancing skills

Emergency vs subtle corrections
Last Saturday, we regrouped all the finger pushing patterns we have created over the last two weeks into 2 scenarios you will encounter when you start balancing: pushing harder to prevent the fall or pushing more subtly to maintain the least amount of turbulences.
In an ideal scenario, you kick-up into the desired alignment and start your finger pushing patterns to maintain yourself there as long as possible. If your body drifts forward, eventually your fingers can’t save the fall and you end up bailing:

To avoid falling altogether, you therefore need to stay clear of the extremes of the balancing zone, centered, with more and more subtle corrections:

And since mistakes are a matter of WHEN and not of IF, we also want you to KEEP fighting as you drift overshot, despite the eagerness to bail… and that is currently making you bail earlier than needed.
