This week’s goals 🎯
This first week is “slower” on purpose.
I want you to:
- 👩🔬 get comfortable using this platform.
- 🎥 get comfortable filming yourself and editing your video into a small, digestible one video for your homework
- ⚖️ taking stocks of where you are at C2W, B2W, FS.

Redefining handstands

What to practice this week?
As shown in the videos above:
Drill | Volume | Cue | 📹To send |
B2W kick-ups | 2-3 reps x 3 - 5 sets | Practice just the kick-up | 5 |
C2W Holds | 10 - 30 seconds (depending on what you can do) x 3 sets | hands as close as comfortable to wall | 2 |
Balance | 5 sets | if you know anything about balance, train it and send me one set. Otherwise, ignore for now. | 1 |
Freestanding | 10 minutes | if you know anything about balance, train it and send me 3 sets. Otherwise, ignore for now. | 3 |
Sending your first homework
Your homework
Your homework is a way for me to see how your week went. The more I get to know you, the more personalised the program and the homework become.
To know what to send, look at the “ 📹To Send” column of your training program.
You can post your homework video in the Facebook Group.
❗Group your videos into one as to avoid posting 10 mini videos that are hard to navigate.
Your wins 🏅
When you achieve a massive win, post it immediately into the group - no need to wait for homework, we’ll be here cheering and celebrating it!
A few notes…
→ Send what I ask, not just what you want - unless there is time left at the end of your submission.
→ When sending one video, keep it < 4 minutes. Respect the time limit, but make good use of it.
→ Record in one go if the technical part (adding several videos through an editing software) wrecking your head.
→ Record sideways, when possible.
→ There will be one review per week. Those can’t be added up if you skip one week.
→ Do the drills, even those you don’t like ;)
→ Tell me about your experience and insights of the week as you post - the more you think about what you’re doing, ask questions, question the point of it even, the quicker you learn.
