With no rest between sets, kick up into five sets of five seconds.
→ at the green belt level, your mission is to get as close as possible to 100% success rate
→ at the blue level, you want to be able to perform this in at least one pike position and one straight position
→ at the purple level, your mission is to have as little macro correction as possible going on in all the positions you kick up into - forcing you to have perfect accuracy 🎯 in the alignment you find at the end of your kick up.
