Add priming drills

Priming drills are things you do before the main meal, like tension drills (hollow holds) or body awareness drills on all four.
These drills are not sexy.
You are gonna skip them.
And it will bite you in the ass if you skip them.
 
They are the oil you put on your dying fire.
They are the petrol of your engine.
They are the fertilisers of your crops.
 
They will make everything easier down the line.
Here is the best part - in due time, you won't need them anymore.
 
Due time, for me, is when you can achieve a 15 second freestanding handstand 80 per cent of the time.
