You can land on the wall, at least 7 times out of 10.
The IF isn’t a problem any more - now we have to focus on the HOW.
Landing on the wall is the promise that you overshot in your kick-up and, remember, you need to overshoot to get far enough and hope to hold a handstand.
You need to overshoot for the handstand… but you can’t go TOO overshot.
This is where finding a soft kick-up comes into play.
AND, the easiest way to find a consistently soft kick-up is to have the same kick-up over and over again, and improve its components.
#🎯 Your priorities at this level are :
- Overshooting, still - being overshot is better than undershot.
- Developing body awareness of your counterweights
- Developing body stillness - your legs keep dancing in the air because they may be a bit too wobbly.
