Body awareness - shoulders, pelvis, leg B2W and C2W

Body awareness is my 2025 obsession.
The logic is simple: to achieve more consistency and longer holds, we need to correct our handstands better.
Corrections upside down are determined by where you are in space.
Take the analogy of driving a car on a slope, and using the brakes to keep the car still.
The steeper the slope, the more you have push on that brake and… the lighter the slope, the lighter the touch of the foot on the pedal needs to be.
 
In handstands, the mistakes you will make at the finger level are of two main natures:
→ Timing
→ Intensity
And being the knowing of when to push and relax and how hard or light that push should be lies… knowing how steep the slope is.
That’s where body awareness comes into play.

Do the full routine above once.
Then select 1 - 3 drills and perform them religiously at the end of the warm-up and before you start anything else.
