C2W 1 to 11

This drill puts an emphasis on your perception of your counterweights and the different shades of straight you will encounter as you go for the feet together position.
Starting chest to the wall, bringing your feet at midday or slightly past midday, securing the posterior pelvic tilt if required:
1. balance and stabilise there
2. slowly bring your feet back to the wall

The only way this will work is if you start anteriorly tilting your pelvis accordingly. your mission is to stop the feet just before they find the wall and leave them there hovering.
To increase difficulty, increase the distance between the hands and the wall.
