
If you are just starting with hollowbacking, work on the W stack.
And do a lot of take-off B2W.

Do not rush your Hollowback journey: the connective tissues around your shoulders will need more time than you think to adapt to a position where the muscles we can recruit to stabilise the position are fewer.
Soreness (or the lack thereof) isn’t a good marker for this. In other words, do not trust what you feel. I suggest you always go conservative on this.
