Miami leans and holds

Miami Leans refer to holds upside down where you have one hand on the floor and one hand on a block.
This at first can be quite challenging so spend some time getting used to kicking up in that position and balancing. Once you are proficient at finding your balance there, you want to make sure you don't settle for this but that you lean onto the arm that is on the floor.
We will call this the support arm.
The hold starts then once you have poured at least 60% of your body weight onto the straight arm leaving the other one on the block as light as possible.
