Build up the technique at the wall and the stamina.
⚠️ technique will suffer after a few round trips. Keep building your technical stamina until you can achieve 3 round trips, slow and controlled, with minimal change in your upper body alignment.
Even if you can perform this transition off the wall, you may need to work on technical stamina at the wall.
