The three arm positions holds

As you well know: the weight distribution in your hands, the amount of extension in your elbow, the behaviour as a whole of your arm from the shoulder down to the fingers, your shoulder stack… all that will change depending on your position within the balancing zone.
I want you to step away from working on knowing when to trigger which hand position which shoulder movement and simply balance in the three most common positions that we encounter as we catch our handstands without trying to correct much and instead working with the alignment you have set up from the get go trying to hold it for as long as possible:
Centered: Shoulder centered in K or C and elbows locked
Planched: Shoulders in K or F, lower body undershot
Everted: elbows supple or bent, lower body overshot
