Double pushing is one of the most advanced forms of finger pushing.
To freeze a handstand, you do not need to double push - you need to push hard enough at the right time, at the end of a decent kick-up.
Therefore, don’t obsess over it for the goal we have set for the yellow belt : a consistent, OS freestanding kick-up + bail.
However, to pave the way into the green belt, where holding it LONGER will matter, I want you to bring your attention to this.
The double push is the beginning of a 30 second long hold. It will take A LOT of time to master. Start including it in your training now.
